Tender Description
The purpose of the project is to critically assesses viable options for Temora Shire Council (TSC) to explore new food and garden organic (FOGO) collection and processing options including the viability of joint procurement of these services with neighbouring councils along with single sourcing.
The project will help narrow down the preferred options to take forward into a business case analysis to allow TSC to decide on the most cost-effective service that meets the local community needs, while also being compliant with the FOGO mandate.
