This is an EOI for Swinburne's Asset Maintenance Services tender. Respondents must complete the EOI, which will then be assessed by Swinburne. Respondents who meet the requirements will be invited to submit a response to the tender.

Swinburne will not release the requirements for information. Swinburne will not provide debriefs or feedback to unsuccessful respondents of the EOI process.

Respondents who fail to complete the EOI requirements in full may be deemed as a non compliant and therefore not invited to submit a response to the tender.

About this Procurement

Swinburne is seeking responses to this EOI for Asset Management Services at its campuses located at: Hawthorn, Croydon and Wantirna. The EOI process will enable Swinburne to assess the suitability of respondents to participate in a select tender process which will lead to the appointment of a contractor.

Swinburne would like to engage with suitably qualified and experienced service providers to maintain its facilities and associated assets ensuring safety, reliability and service levels are maintained for students, staff, service providers and wider community.

This expression of interest is to cover maintenance of the following assets:

• Mechanical (HVAC)
• Electrical
• Hydraulic
• Fire
• Plumbing and
• Building fabric

SUT is seeking qualified and capable business partners to support operations and align to the maintenance contract specification to enable:

• Proactive, Corrective and Reactive Maintenance
• Essential safety measures compliance
• Data collection and management in compliance with SUT processes and standards
• Life cycle asset management.
