Overview:

Austin Health intends to consolidate its Portable suction units and align all fleet operations, promoting standardisation and streamlined operation across Austin Health.

We are seeking a supplier who can provide:

• Portable suction units, associated consumables and

• Be Austin Health fleet supplier for the entire contract term

The aim of the questionnaire is to:

• Identify the number of suppliers in the Australian market

• Identify suppliers who can meet Austin Health requirements

Following the evaluation of the PQQ submissions, suitable suppliers may be shortlisted and invited to respond to a Request for Quote (RFQ).

Guidelines for responding to this PQQ

1. Complete the Questionnaire Tab

   Ensure responses are documented within green cells in the attached PQQ spreadsheet, unless otherwise specified. If a separate attachment (appendix) is requested, then either:

(i) embed the attachment within the cell in this questionnaire; or

(ii) create separate document, and in the cell in this questionnaire, type in the exact title of the document.

2. Include relevant Technical Documents as supporting documents.

3. Contact Procurement via email procurement@austin.org.au if you have any questions on the PQQ.

4. Submit your response in digital format by the Closing Time and Date via tender portal.

Timelines and Submission Dates

• Deadline for questions is 3pm Wednesday 4th June 2025.

• Closing Time and Date for submission is 3pm Wednesday 11th June 2025
