The purpose of this Invitation to Offer (ITO) is to form contract/s with suitably qualified supplier/s for the provision of cleaning services at Beaudesert courthouse within our Logan-Gold Coast region.

Our objectives for this procurement activity are to:

• ensure continuity of safe, reliable, efficient, and cost-effective cleaning services at courthouses

• inspire confidence in the Queensland judicial system by ensuring buildings are appropriately presented and maintained.

• provide local small to medium enterprise suppliers the opportunity to tender.

• enhance community outcomes by engaging sustainable and socially responsible suppliers.
