Mitchell Shire Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified provider of Waste Mangement Software for our four Resource Recovery Centres (RRCs) and one landfill.

Software must be of a sufficient standard to meet audit requirements of EPA Victoria.

The software must provide the following along with other requirements as listed within the Specification:

• Recording sales transactions, waste volumes and types (linked to postcodes for RRC transactions)
• Be compatible with PC-EFTPOS, and allow payment types for cash, EFTPOS and council issued
• vouchers
• Voucher management system
• Provision of customer accounts for the landfill only
• Integration with TechnologyOne Property and Rating to export invoice transactions
• Hosted systems
• Site based functionality
• Support and maintenance
• No interuptions to business operations in establishment of new software
• Connecting and synchronisating of on-siet data with central database through existing network
• connectivity available at sites
• Training
• Online reporting
