Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

NHMRC requires a security assessment for an ongoing infrastructure project (Wi-Fi Network Refresh).

NHMRC requires the delivery of a comprehensive System Security Plan (SSP), SSP Anex (sometimes known as a Cloud Controls Matrix) and Security Risk Management Plan (SRMP).

Main subjects considered in-scope for this assessment are:

  • Networking infrastructure
  • Management consoles/tenancies related to network management
  • Network security policies enforced on this network
  • Logging/monitoring/alert configurations for all in-scope items

Subjects considered out-of-scope for this assessment are:

  • Systems hosted in Azure beyond connectivity functionality.
  • End user compute and NHMRC standard operating environments.
  • Configuration and management of corporate endpoint devices including laptops, mobile devices, Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) or guest mobile devices present on the network.
  • Physical security, including cabling, racking and zoning within both the Canberra and Melbourne NHMRC offices.
  • Assessment or re-assessment of components deployed within Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
  • Assessment or re-assessment of the underlying CSP of Services providers including Aruba Cloud Central and Zscaler Cloud.

Comprehensive details on in/out of scope subjects can take place at start of assessment.

Additional security services may be requested on a time & materials basis (hourly). Please provide rates for personnel with a range of Cyber Security capabilities.
