Austin Health is seeking suitability qualified and experienced Supplier to deliver a platform for employee experience surveys. This platform will gather and analyse employee feedback to gain a comprehensive understanding of their experiences, sentiments and capture meaningful insights. This will allow our leaders to make data-driven decisions that positively impact employee engagement, retention and our workplace culture.

We are pleased to invite you to respond to this PQQ. The aim of the questionnaire is to:

• Identify Supplier(s) with experience in delivering employee surveys to a large metro tertiary healthcare services

• Identify the number of suitable Supplier(s) in the Australian market

• Understand the indicative costs(CAPITAL and OPERATING) to secure funding

• Understand different service models that will help develop the scope for our future Invitation to Supply (ITS)

• Understand suppliers proposed resourcing structures for this type of project

Following the evaluation of the PQQ submissions, suitable suppliers may be shortlisted and invited to respond to a formal ITS. Further information on this next market engagement will be shared with these shortlisted suppliers.
