Tender Description

Springleaf Active Open Space will transform a greenfield site within Victoria's fastest growing suburb of Clyde North to be a focal point for community sport, recreation and social connection.

Springleaf Avenue Recreation Reserve is located at 20I Springleaf Avenue, Clyde North and the landscape construction works will include the following:

  • Softfall mulch and rubber
  • Compact gravel paving
  • Spade and concrete edging
  • New access paths
  • Furniture, like drink fountain, picnic sets and benches, etc.
  • Play equipment
  • Planting shaded trees, shrubs and groundcovers
  • Organic mulch to garden beds and mulched area
  • Retaining seating wall and benches around pavilion
  • Open grass for recreation
