This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) invites SRA Information Technology (SRA) to provide a quotation and enter a new contract (this document) for the ongoing maintenance of the Australian Heritage Database (AHDb). The system contains historical and environmental information about more than 20,000 natural, historic and Indigenous places of significance in Australia and overseas. This database also includes the records of places currently in, or under consideration for, the World Heritage List, the National Heritage List, the Commonwealth Heritage list and the Register of the National Estate.
SRA has been providing support and development services for the system for many years, and DCCEEW wishes to refresh the current support agreement for a 12 months term with two 12 months extension options.
The provision of an ongoing support and maintenance agreement for the ADHb which will allow the department to raise any service requests (incidents and problems) with the SRA Service Desk and for those issues to be addressed and resolved.
