T25-03 - Civil Materials Supply

Junee Shire Council seeks suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide a tender via the tendering portal for the annual Civil Materials Supply below. This also includes requesting that existing tenderers resubmit their new rates for Civil Materials Supply.

Materials include:

•  Precast Concrete Products
•  Gravel
•  Brinder
•  Aggregates
•  Sand
•  Concrete

The materials are to conform to all relevant Australian Standards and TfNSW Specifications.

Junee Shire Council reserves the right to increase or reduce the scope of works prior to commencement, and during the works/financial year to meet budgetary obligations.

The contract will be initially signed for one year. Council may extend the agreement up to two occurrences, for another one-year period, based on the assessment outcome of contractor’s/supplier's performance, provision of the appropriate insurances and the rates at the end of each financial year

The successful supplier shall be required to hold and maintain suitable Public Liability insurance, Workers Compensation insurance, and all other relevant insurances as detailed in the Tender documentation. These documents must be supplied with any Tender submission.

Lodgment: Submissions for this Tender may be lodged electronically or hand delivered to the tender box inside the foyer of the Junee Shire Council at 29 Belmore St, Junee, NSW, 2663.

Please note that Junee Shire Council will appoint a panel of preferred suppliers.
