• South West TAFE is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced and qualified commercial building contractors to deliver the Main Works Package for the Warrnambool Tech School.
• This new facility will be co-located at South West TAFE’s Warrnambool main campus, delivering state-of-the-art learning environments tailored to local industry needs. The works are expected to include new teaching spaces, specialist STEM facilities, outdoor learning areas, and associated infrastructure.
• The estimated construction value is in the order of $6 million, subject to final design and scope confirmation.
