Tenders are invited from suitably qualified Professional Services Contractors to provide a specialist Transaction Manager Services Team. The services will assist Transport for NSW project staff and other specialist advisors (Environmental, Probity, Legal and Financial) with the planning, development and implementation of the Expression of Interest and Request for Tender activities for the procurement of the Design and Construct delivery contract. The Transaction Manager and Transport for NSW will work seamlessly together to implement the Delivery Strategy for Transport for NSW. Additional information on the Project is available in the attached suite of documents.
A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held over Microsoft Teams at 1:00pm on Thursday, 22 May 2025. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming Application.
Prospective tenderers will need to complete, sign and return the confidentiality deed (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) prior to being given the password to access the Request for Tender documents and receiving the invite to the mandatory pre-tender meeting.
The Confidentiality deed is to be signed under Section 127 or under Section 126 which requires submitted evidence of the nominated signatory having been granted authority by the company to execute the contract on the company's behalf. Please return to the contact officers’ email at RegionalProcurement@transport.nsw.gov.au where you will be given the password within one business day. The pre-tender meeting invite will be sent out one day prior to the scheduled time.
