This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
AUSTRAC's current external training provider only allows for limited users, as well as minimal tracking and reporting metrics, on our two external sub-domains. The AML/CTF reforms will be bringing in a new cohort of reporting entities (from about 17k to about 100k). New Reporting Entities will be undertaking online education as part of their introduction to their reporting requirements. The current learning platform arrangement can’t accommodate an increase in users. A platform uplift is required to meet the needs of incoming tranche two entities and to support the external engagement and training AUSTRAC will be undertaking from 2025 onwards.
A SaaS provider is required for hosting external facing learning modules to achieve the best outcome for AUSTRAC and Reporting Entity learners through uplifting the capability and capacity of the tool. A platform uplift using industry standard code base will allow for all our existing training files to be migrated across and not require new training modules to be created.
