Yarriambiack Shire Council are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the design, supply and installation of new LED sports lighting at the Hopetoun Recreation Reserve Netball Courts, located in Strachan Street, Hopetoun, 3396.

The project will upgrade lighting on two (2) netball courts to 200 LUX LED Lighting, in line with Australian Standards for Sports Lighting (AS 2560.2:2021 – Part 2 Specific Applications); Netball – 200 LUX.

The scope of works includes all necessary design, labour, materials and associated activities required to complete the project, specifically including:

• Installation of six (6) new lighting poles with LED fittings
• Dimmer controls for each court and
• Any required on-site electrical upgrades to support the new lighting system.

The total budget for this project is $125,000 - $150,000.

Mandatory Site Inspections – a mandatory site inspection is required prior to the lodgement of tenders is required; please refer to Item 3 of Part 1 (Conditions of Participation) for further details of scheduled dates and times.
