To assist the implementation of an external management solution for the Council's swimming centre(s) and achieve a successful opening of the PMSC/transition of managment of the Norwood Swimming Centre, the Council is seeking a qualified consultant, in partnership with allied professional services as required, to bring expertise in the holistic management and implementation of external management solutions for complex commercial public recreation services, including but not limited to: procurement, commercial negotiation, contract development and execution, strategic analysis and assessment, stakeholder management, service delivery management.

Relevant previous experience in facilitating and implementing external management solutions and the operationalisation of public aquatic centres, and experience working in partnership with councils to achieve understanding and agreement will be considered favourably.
