Project goals

Supply and installation of a new reverse-cycle air-cooled modular chiller system at the Blacktown Leisure Centre, Stanhope (BLCS) Function Rooms. The purpose of this project is to upgrade the existing HVAC system to improve energy efficiency, reduce operational costs, and ensure compliance with modern environmental regulations.

Scope

This project entails the procurement, installation, and commissioning of a reverse-cycle air-cooled modular chiller and associated components, replacing the current outdated rooftop air conditioning units. The new system will be designed to seamlessly integrate with the existing infrastructure while minimizing disruption to the facility’s daily operations.

A mandatory site visit will be conducted on 17/06/2025 at the existing function rooms at BLCS to provide accurate information for the preparation of the quote, The address is: Stanhope Pkwy & Sentry Dr, Stanhope Gardens NSW 2768; following PPE is mandatory: high-visibility vest, safety footwear, safety glasses.
