Tender Description

Mitchell Shire Council (Council) is seeking the professional services of suitably qualified Sporting Infrastructure Design Consultants (or equivalent) and associated Subconsultant team to provide consultancy services for the proposed upgrade of the four (4) existing En Tout Cas Tennis Courts including new competition standard lighting and new fencing within the Harley Hammond Reserve, Broadford, VIC.

The key objectives of the project are:-

  • to develop a design to upgrade the existing four En Tout Cas courts, including new fencing and new competition standard lighting in accordance with Tennis Victoria’s preferred facility guidelines (or as close as possible, considering the existing site constraints).
  • Detailed design and construction documentation suitable for construction only tender
  • Quantity Surveyor reports
  • Contract Administration (CA)

A non-mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday 20 May at 2pm
