Council invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit a tender for the Provision of Specialist Printing. Council seeks to appoint a panel of providers capable of printing and issuing the following statutory documentation:

• Statutory Notices

• Rate Notices

• Animal Registration Notices

Successful providers will be required to demonstrate their capacity to meet the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Accurate and timely printing and delivery of all notices via Council’s nominated delivery method.

• Strict adherence to agreed timetabling, proofing, and lodgement requirements for all notices.

• Secure handling and storage of all data and information provided by Council, ensuring full protection from unauthorised access and data breaches.

This tender represents an opportunity to work with Council in supporting critical communications with our community. Providers must be able to demonstrate compliance with relevant legislative and security standards.
