Merri-bek City Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the refurbishment of the former Pigeon Club to create a compliant Annex for future tenants. Works include internal strip-out; Electrical upgrade works; new all-gender accessible toilet; upgraded kitchenette; cleaners' area; reception counter; HVAC, lighting, data, and power upgrades; durable vinyl flooring; painting; DDA-compliant entrance ramp, paths, and parking; secure bin yard.
Council will be conducting a tender briefing in relation to this project/services.
