Tenders are invited for the following contract:

Consultancy Services to prepare design documentation for construction purpose of Johnson Road Urbanisation and 17-19 Johnsons Road Subdivision.

This project is a direct response to the Council resolution endorsing the subdivision and sale of lots at 17-19 Johnsons Road, Mernda. The objective of the Johnsons Road Residential Development project is to increase the housing diversity within Mernda and generate revenue for investment into future Council programs. Council has the unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to increasing affordable housing in the municipality by developing Council owned land.

In addition, the older condition and amenity of Johnsons Road is to be improved through improvement of the physical infrastructure including improved green spaces and recreation facilities.
