Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Deliverables:
- Build the technical capability of the buyer's Aurion Team, provide the assurance of Aurion system performance, and deliver ongoing Aurion system enhancement activities as directed by the buyer.
- Contribute to structured training efforts to upskill staff.
- Transfer of experience and knowledge - from general admin skills to Aurion technical configuration.
- Liaise with others to understand the context of issues and provide a resolution.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions to complex Aurion configuration issues.
- Complete support requests and resolve Aurion technical issues within Buyer-defined service levels
- Define effort, Aurio technical requirements, and complexity of enhancements, and implement as required.
- Manage development requests for new and existing Aurion configurations.
- Follow internal change management controls - plan, test, and implement Aurion configuration within these controls.
- Contribute to larger-scale Aurion configuration and development pieces as part of defined project activities.
- Manage technical risk and evaluate the impact of complex Aurion changes.
