Tender Description
The City of Ballarat is seeking to build a memorial to acknowledge the truth, trauma and ongoing legacy suffered by victims of sexual abuse across the local region and the whole of Australia. To this end, the City of Ballarat has run a national, two stage, design competition and have found the most compelling concept design. This is to procure suitably qualified builders who will be able to bring the design to life.
