Breese Pitt Dixon in conjunction with Greater Western Water, is intending to release a Request for Tender in July / August 2025 for the Townley Park Branch Sewer Section 4 - The project will include:

Construction of approximately 316 metres of DN375 mm Branch Sewer (inclusive of two under regional rail crossings within sleeves) as part of Cornerstone Estate (Black Forest Road, Werribee) – for Peet Werribee Land Syndicate, within the City of Wyndham. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category SC1, SC2 and SC7.
