Expressions of interest are now open for up to 2 AMD Fellows to represent the RACP at the Hong Kong College of Physicians (HKCP) Joint Scientific Meeting.
The HKCP's Joint Scientific Meeting will be held on 11th & 12th October 2025 as a hybrid event. We've been invited to nominate up to 2 representative speakers to attend this meeting in person and give lectures. The preliminary theme of the meeting is: "Big data analyses in Medicine – new insights, merits and limitations".
We'll nominate up to 2 AMD Fellows to speak on topics relating to the following areas:
- A topic related to big data analyses in medicine, and/or
- A topic related to big data analyses in a specific specialty of internal medicine, and/or
- A topic related to medical education, ethics, or humanity
You'll have approximately 20 minutes to present (TBC, pending final program). Nominations from clinical academic leaders are encouraged, and all AMD Fellows are welcome to apply.
Nominees must be available to present in person in Hong Kong on 11-12 October 2025. HKCP will contribute to the travel and accommodation expenses of RACP speakers relating to the conference including accommodation in Hong Kong, ground transportation to/from airport and to/from conference venue, and capped reimbursement towards international flights; further details to be provided to the confirmed nominees.

All applications will be reviewed by a selection panel of representatives from AMD Council.
