This project involves the rehabilitation of a former quarry site located in Doncaster East, to prepare it for future commercial or residential development. The quarry, which has been inactive for around 30 years, has been partially filled and requires comprehensive planning and execution to address environmental, geological, and infrastructure challenges. The goal is to return the site to a stable, safe, and environmentally sustainable state suitable for further development.

This project has two objectives:

• Meet EPA conditions and DECCA conditions.

• Prepare the site for development.

The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
