Tenancy Cleaning Services, Ringwood Office
Tender ID: 584936
Tender Details
Tender Description
The Department of Transport and Planning (Organisation) is responsible for planning, building, operating, and maintaining the state's transport and planning systems. It brings together key functions related to transport, land use, precinct development, and policy to create thriving places and connected communities.
The Accommodation and Workplace Services division of the Department of Transport and Planning is leading this EOI process. The division is responsible for the management of DTP's commercial office sites that accommodate DTP staff, tenants, contractors, and visitors.
The organisation is seeking invitee’s response to the invitation for the supply of goods and/or services as outlined in Part A.2.
The Organisation seeks to gain a more detailed understanding of the supplier market and range of services that may be available. Hence, this EOI process may be the first stage of a multi-stage procurement process. For further information relating to the next stage (if any) of the EOI process refer to clause 6 of Part B.2.
The Organisation is issuing an EOI to identify suitably qualified service providers capable of delivering cleaning services for the leased tenancy areas at the Ringwood Office, located at 110 Maroondah Highway, Ringwood.
The Organisation is seeking to identify cleaning services providers that will work proactively and collaboratively to ensure continuous value-for-money outcomes throughout the term of the contract. DTP is particularly focused on partnering with service providers who can adapt to evolving tenancy utilisation trends, noting that flexible and hybrid working arrangements — including work-from-home practices — are now firmly embedded in the Victorian Government’s ways of working.
The indicative schedule of services provided as part of this EOI represents a baseline. Respondents are invited to demonstrate how they will work with DTP to actively monitor site usage patterns and propose initiatives to adjust service levels where appropriate. This may include recommending scaled increases or decreases in service delivery to align with occupancy rates, ensuring that services remain efficient and tailored to actual need, and mitigating the risk of overservicing and unnecessary costs.
