Gippsland PHN are seeking an innovative solution to improve health outcomes and promote recovery for adults with severe mental illness and associated psychosocial functional impairment.

Gippsland PHN intend to contract one or more providers to deliver the Commonwealth Psychosocial Support Program from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2027 for up to approximately $3.3 million (ex GST). The funding comprises of up to approximately $1.1 million for 2025 /26 financial year and up to approximately $2.2 million for the 2026/27 financial year.

The successful tenderer will be expected to ensure a smooth and person-centered transition for existing consumers into their service. This includes actively involving consumers in the transition process and committing to the continued support of all current incumbent provider consumers.
