The work to be performed under the contract is for a qualified and experienced Building Surveyor (Unlimited) for professional services to fulfil Council's role and functions under the Building Act 1993 (Vic) ("the Act"), the Building Regulations 2018 and any subsequently enacted regulations ("the Regulations"), including the role and functions of the Municipal Building Surveyor for the Council and in accordance with any other applicable legislation, with such professional services to be directly carried out by appropriately registered building practitioners.
