Strathbogie Shire Council invites suitably qualified consultants to submit a quotation for the completion of a partially developed Sports Strategy and the preparation of master plans for four (4) recreation reserves.

The strategy has undergone initial development, including comprehensive community consultation. The successful consultant will be required to analyse the existing findings, finalise the strategy, and develop clear, actionable recommendations that are aligned to the Strathbogie Shire Council’s goals and future objectives. Additionally, the consultant will prepare master plans to guide the development, upgrade, and management for each recreation reserve which will include the input from various stakeholders.

Quotes can be only lodged online through the Tendersearch portal. Please note Strathbogie Shire Council no longer accepts hardcopy Quotes and will not accept Quotes by fax or email in relation to this RFQ.

It is Strathbogie Shire Council's policy not to accept quotes received after the specified closing time in relation to this RFQ.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:

Contract 24-25-25 - Sport Strategy Completion and Master Planning is a Lump Sum Contract. Strathbogie Shire Council advises that failure to supply Lump Sum pricing in Schedule 1 will result in your tender not being evaluated.

All Schedules must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated.

You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.

Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted, and you will be unable to continue.

We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection.
