This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in data reporting mechanisms for targeted population cohorts, with First Nations or Primary Health Care-specific experience highly regarded.
  • Project manager knowledge and experience across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps, Jira or other Agile Project applications.
  • Knowledge and experience in designing and developing training-related materials including written and visual guidance.
  • Knowledge and experience in delivering IT-related training for targeted cohorts, with First Nations Organisations experience highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience as a business product owner in large-scale projects, with knowledge and experience in the use and management of data visualisation tools e.g. Qlik.
  • Demonstrated experience and/or relevant qualification in training and assessment, change management and project life-cycle management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an awareness of issues facing First Nations data collection, First Nations Health strategic and policy environment being highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the digital health strategic environment, with an understanding of Clinical Information Systems use in primary health care setting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences, and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and embrace new data systems and look for ways to constantly improve and streamline data systems to align with policy and health sector requirements, with the ability to work independently.
  • The ability to liaise and engage work with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
