The Rural City of Wangaratta is seeking professional live production systems and equipment for the Wangaratta Performing Arts & Convention Centre (WPACC) Theatre. Recent Asset Management planning has identified urgent and immediate priorities to ensure the theatre can remain fully operational as a professional performance space, to meet the needs of our clients and continue to attract quality artists. These items are our highest priorities, with equipment long-past its serviceable lifespan, risking failure at any time, and no-longer meeting growing industry standards or professional expectation.

WPACC require recommendation, quotation, purchase and delivery of accepted goods, (including any programming and installation as required), prior to 30 June 2025.

This project is designed to replace or upgrade theatre assets in 4 parts to maintain high-quality operations and ensure the capability, safety and longevity of stage systems and live production equipment.

Part 1: Renewal/Upgrade of our Theatre Lighting Console.

Part 2: Renewal/Upgrade of our Stage Foldback Systems.

Part 3: Acquisition of (a) Moving Head & (b) LED Cyc Fixtures.

Part 4: Renewal/Upgrade of our Stage Communication Systems.
