Deakin University invites proposals in response to this Expression of Interest EOI from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Fire Protection Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Services and Compliance Inspections for Deakin Universities' Burwood, Waurn Ponds, Waterfront- Geelong, and Warrnambool Campuses, BatRIHub and Nikeri Institute Student Accommodation for an initial term of three years, with an option to extend for a further two years at the discretion of the University

This EOI process is the first stage of a multistage procurement process.

The services include preventive and corrective works with the objective of improving system performance, fulfilling legal responsibilities, optimising life cycle costs, providing effective breakdown response, developing maintenance documentation, and promoting sustainability.
