The City of Greater Geelong (The City) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor who is to undertake Refurbishment works for the Geelong Ballroom Dance Club -Alterations & Additions - Stage 1

The services scope of works will include, but is not limited to, the following key elements:

• Preliminaries/Site set up

• Demolition & Dismantling

• Carpentry

• Structural

• Plaster

• Joinery

• Plumbing including fixtures

• Electrical

• Flooring

• Wall finishes

• Painting

• Builders Works / Other
