This Approach to Market (ATM) is for the provision of: The Event Management Services to support the end-to-end delivery of the AIFS 2026 Conference. The event is scheduled for 16-18 September 2026 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, with Event Management required from July 2025 to November 2026 to support planning and delivery.

Key deliverables of the contract include abstract submission management, registration management, venue liaison, stakeholder management, sponsor and exhibitor support, event day support, and evaluation. AIFS is seeking submissions from event organisers that have strong experience working on similar events; experience working with Government agencies and working on events with a research focus would be highly valuable.
