KCC’s Function Room bookings, Arts Centre bookings & Fleet booking system and Outdoor Leisure system are reaching the end of life. Consequently, KCC is seeking an experienced business partner(s) to implement a system that allows internal staff to make function rooms, arts centers, and fleet bookings and as well as outdoor leisure bookings, and Indoor Leisure center stadium and class bookings by community members.

Additionally, KCC would like to reduce the number of ticketing applications and implement a streamlined event ticketing module.
