The Independent broad based anti corruption Commission (IBAC) is planning to release a tender for Engineering, Project Management, Construction/Contract Management services to support a program of Commercial Fit Out construction works to be conducted at 2 Lonsdale Street (Casselden), Melbourne CBD, and potentially Make Good construction works at 459 Collins Street, Melbourne CBD.

IBAC are seeking suitable tenderers who are pre-qualified or can be qualified on the Construction Supplier Register (CSR), meeting minimum certification requirements, technical capability, and meeting the category of service in their sector or industry. Additionally, they must have government experience and awareness of VIPP, LGF, etc.

The project has commenced, and engagement of the selected tenderer will be as soon as practicable, with a projected end date of June 2026.

Both project sites (current and future office accommodation) are commercially leased by IBAC, with access available for works to commence.

The following service engagements will be required to support the program.

• Project Management (Client Side)
• Design Services
• Quantity Surveying/ Cost Estimating.
• Engineering Services
• Construction Management;
• Contract management; and
• Superintendent Services (for AS4300/AS2124)

The tender process will be conducted as a open multi-stage tender process.

Anticipated Release of RFT: Monday 5 May 2025
