The project is located at 311 & 313 Spencer Street, Melbourne including all tenant areas, basement areas and police station. The works comprise electrical compliance testing (in accordance with statutory Australian Standards and Work Safe requirements) for all tenant equipment as described herein for a period of 5 years.

To ensure electrical compliance, regular scheduled testing must take place in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards. Capturing the entire VPC (311 Spencer St and 313 Spencer Street) under the Facilities Management team will ensure a centralised process. This will initially identify and capture any gaps or missed assets, and through the life cycle of this contract ensure compliance is met.

The Works comprises the electrical compliance testing (for a period of 5 years), labour and equipment of all tenant equipment for 311 Spencer Street and 313 Spencer Street, Melbourne. The Works shall include all necessary minor and incidental work required to complete the compliance testing, although not specifically mentioned hereunder, to implement the intent and meaning of this Specification.Whether or not the words ‘supply and install’ appear in this Specification or on the drawing, unless clearly excluded, all items of equipment for the complete installation are required and shall be supplied and installed.

A briefing session will be held online via Teams to discuss the extent of works for the contract. The tender period will run for 40 working days and all RFIs shall be submitted via email only.
