Tender Description
The Shire of Dardanup is seeking submissions from suitable and experienced suppliers to provide Food Organics Garden Organics Waste Processing for 2025-2028.
This Request for Tender is advertised by the Shire of Dardanup on behalf of the Participating Local Governments. The Shire of Dardanup will administer the technical aspects of the RFT process, being:
- Public notice,
- Issuing and receiving Tenders, and
- Tender opening and distribution of Tenders among the Participating Local Governments for evaluation.
Each Participating Local Government will undertake its own tender evaluation process and may, collectively with other Participating Local Governments or individually, select a preferred Tenderer. All Participating Local Governments reserve the right to individually and directly in their own name, engage a successful Tenderer.

- City of Bunbury,
- City of Busselton,
- Shire of Capel,
- Shire of Donnybrook-Balingup,
- Shire of Harvey
- Shire of Dardanup
A copy of the Request for Tender documentation must be obtained by registering your details at the Shire of Dardanup's e-tendering portal.
SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box (see option below). Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion.
All responses must be submitted no later than 14:00 AWST Friday, 30 May 2025.
ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum (see option below). All contact for this request for quote must be made via the Shire's e-tendering portal marked to the attention of the Procurement Officer.
Any response not submitted via the Shire's e-tendering portal will not be accepted for evaluation. The lowest or any response will not necessarily be accepted, and canvassing of the Participating Local Governments or staff will disqualify suppliers from the evaluation process.
