Tender Description
The office building at the Morwell Depot will be extended to provide new amenities/toilets for Council staff. This major upgrade is required to replace old and non-compliant facilities at this site.
Please note: a mandatory site meeting will be held by appointment on 7 & 8 May 2025 at the location of project. The necessary insurance required by the contractor for this Contract is:
A. Workers' Compensation Insurance
B. $20,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance
C. $10,000,000.00 Professional Indemnity Insurance
D. Works Insurance
E. Products Liability Insurance
