Tender Description
Cabonne Council seeks tenders for the repair and refurbishment of the existing Eugowra Oval Changerooms building, located at 41 Nanima Street, Eugowra. The building (originally the Eugowra Community Childcare Centre) was heavily damaged in the November 2022 floods.
The project involves the demolition of damaged building fabric, repairs and rebuilding of floors, walls, ceilings and finishes, and fitout for new changerooms, hall, and community spaces. The services for the building will also be replaced.
