Tender Description

The proposed works include:

  •  Re-seal of Clark Road between the railway interface and Dawson Road
  •  Preliminary Works, Site Establishment and Traffic Management
  •  Rail track protection officer as and when required
  •  Demolition Works
  •  Earthworks for car park, natural swale and detention basin
  •  Drainage works including side entry pits, headwalls, scour protection, kerbing and piping
  •  Asphalt and pavement works for the car park road pavement, Clark Road and footpath
  •  Civil Construction including kerb ramps, raised median islands, retaining walls and pedestrian tactiles
  •  Pavement Marking
  •  Road Furniture including bollards, wheel stops, railway fencing, road cushions, bench seating and bike lockers
  •  Lighting columns, luminairs, switch boards, conduiting
  •  Traffic Control
  •  Minor Landscaping
