Manningham Council is seeking tenders for the Premium Catering Services Panel to provide catering services for medium to large functions and premium events across several Council sites, including but not limited to the Manningham Function Centre, Manningham Civic Centre and MC Square building.

Premium Catering Services panel members will provide a full-service catering experience, including the provision of food and beverages, on-site staff (as required) for function or event set up, service, pack down and cleaning.

Any questions about this request should be submitted through the "Question Forum".

The cut-off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted, and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.

Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal quotations will not be considered.
