Melbourne Fashion Week (M/FW) offers a number of partnership opportunities for a broad range of organisations that are interested in being a part of the program.

M/FW wants to hear from any business, including hospitality venues, precincts, galleries, and brands, interested in aligning with the fashion industry to be part of one of the country’s longest-running consumer fashion events. Opportunities range from being an official hospitality venue, promoting exclusive offers for M/FW consumers, to promoting your brand/sampling within M/FW gift bags.

•  A listing on the official M/FW website promoting your involvement in M/FW.
•  Association with the M/FW brand.

Requirements

•  Venue-based businesses must be within the City of Melbourne municipality boundaries.
•  Businesses or individuals wishing to be official gift bag partners need to conduct their business or retail their product within the City of Melbourne municipality.
•  Have a clear activity, offer or product that aligns with the M/FW brand and program objectives.
•  Are willing to support, promote and act as an advocate for M/FW.
•  Must comply with the M/FW photography and videography guidelines. Guidelines will be provided by M/FW.
•  Must comply with the M/FW Exotic Animals Policy Guidelines. (Details are included within the EOI terms and conditions.)

Guidelines

•  This category is not for designers (including accessories). Designers or accessory suppliers are invited to complete an application for M/FW Designers.
•  This category is not for commercial partnerships. Companies interested in a partnership with M/FW are invited to contact the Commercial team.
•  M/FW has official hair and make-up partners who assist with all hair and make-up artistry event needs; there is no requirement for hair stylists and make-up artists.
•  This category is not for independent models. Models are engaged for the event via model management agencies.
•  All media enquiries (photographers and videographers) are welcome to express interest in the event in September 2025 via the M/FW official website opens in new tab.
