This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) is responsible for the strategic management and governance of the National Digital Health Strategy, as well as the design, delivery, and operations of the national digital healthcare system, including the My Health Record system. The Agency provides leadership, coordination, and delivery of a collaborative and innovative approach to utilizing technology to support and enhance a clinically safe and connected national health system. This will give individuals more control over their health and health information, and support healthcare professionals in providing informed care through access to current clinical and treatment information.
The Experience & Service Design team is seeking proposals to ensure the accessibility and inclusiveness of a web-based application called Provider Connect Australia (PCA), developed by the Australian Digital Health Agency. PCA supports practice managers in streamlining the process of keeping their business partners up to date with details of the services they provide and the practitioners who provide them.
PCA product is audited for accessibility, with issues identified and placed into the development pipeline for remediation. Additionally, new features developed since the last cycle require auditing.
Scope:
- Planning and project management aligning services to the development schedule.
- Provide accessibility SME services which will re-audit previously evaluated PCA development.
- Provide accessibility SME services to evaluate the development new features since last audit
High-level guide of application scenarios as a guide for estimation: This is highly a form driven application and highly componentised which are shared across the screens below. There are 2 main types of PCA users. Healthcare provider organisations (publishers), and Business partners (subscribers).
