Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide Services for the following:

• Services include the collection and appropriate disposal of materials such as tree mulch and leaf waste generated from Council works throughout the municipality, management of leaf waste from Council’s leaf fall program, and the provision of flexible hook bin and material cartage services.

The contract is expected to commence on 1 October 2025 for an initial term of four (4) years with a one (1) year extension at Council’s discretion.

A site briefing will be held on the 6 of May 2025 at the Kew Depot located at 31 Hutchinson Drive Kew VIC 3101, interested tenderers are recommended to attend. Registrations for the site tour must be submitted by the 2 of May 2025.
