The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley (the ‘Principal’) is seeking tenders from commercial cleaning service Contractors for commercial cleaning services for a period of three (3) years from 1 August 2025, with three possible twelve (12) month extensions.

This Contract is a separable portions Contract. Respondents may submit a tender submission for either the Kununurra Service Area (Part A), the Wyndham Service Area (Part B), or both Service Areas.

The Principal reserves the right to:

(a) Award a Contract for both Service Areas to a single Respondent;

(b) Award a Contract to a single Respondent for a Service Area; OR

(c) Not award a Contract for one or both Service Areas.

This Request for Tender is specifically for Part A: Kununurra Service Area

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

The Request for Tender has been loaded to the tendering portal as two (2) parts.

a) Part A: Kununurra Service Area; and

b) Part B: Wyndham Service Area.

Respondents seeking to Tender on Part A ONLY are to complete the Part A tender documentation and upload it against the tendering portal  Request for Tender: T19– 24/25: Part A Kununurra Service Area - Commercial Cleaning Services, along with all supporting documentation.

Respondents seeking to Tender on Part B ONLY are to complete the Part B documentation and upload it against the tendering portal  Request for Tender: T19– 24/25: Part B Wyndham Service Area - Commercial Cleaning Services, along with all supporting documentation.

Respondents Seeking to Tender on BOTH Part A and Part B are to complete the Part A documentation and load it against the tendering portal  Request for Tender: T19– 24/25: Part A Kununurra Service Area - Commercial Cleaning Services AND THEN COMPLETE PART B tender documentation and load it against the tendering portal  Request for Tender: T19– 24/25: Part B Wyndham Service Area - Commercial Cleaning Services, being sure to upload necessary supporting documentations TO BOTH PART A AND B submissions.
