The Local Government Association of SA is the owner occupier of LG House 148 Frome St Adelaide. The LGA is seeking the services of a professional and proactive building manager to provide Property Management Services, Financial Management, Technical Services, and Lease Services.

The LGA occupies the ground floor of the building with commercially leased tenants on levels one to three.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The Building Manager will, during the term of the Contract, meet the following KPIs to ensure the complete and satisfactory provision of the services:

• Reports provided on time
• Tenant Satisfaction
• Vacancy Rates and Tenant Turnover Rates
• Costs, Repairs and Maintenance costs within budget
• Site Visits undertaken within timelines
