SCU VENTURES PTY LTD (ACN 165 638 719) (SCUV) invites the Proponents to submit a proposal in accordance with the requirements of this Request For Proposal (RFP). This RFP relates to a single-firm design, construct, and fit out (excluding IT hardware) for the redevelopment and fit out of Level 2 within an existing 6-story commercial building in Perth, Australia (the Project). The Project will transform the partially fitted-out space into a fully functional education facility
