The University of Melbourne ('the University') is seeking expressions of Interest from service providers for a Request for Proposal ('RFP') relating to the provision of the following services ('the Services') to the University:

a) manned guarding;

b) patrolling sites;

c) alarm monitoring;

d) alarm response;

e) crowd control for events; and

f) ad hoc requirements.

Through this process, the University seeks to identify eligible entities who can demonstrate commitment and collaboration over the term of the Agreement to:

a) supply the Services;

b) continuously seek improvements in service quality, safety standards and value; and

c) obtain efficiency and productivity for the mutual benefit of the University and successful supplier.
