Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

Provide 20 hours per month of block hours that can be used for the following deliverables. Unused hours will roll over, with an estimated 5-7 hours rolling over each month. These accumulated hours will be utilized during periods when IGTO ICT staff are on leave.

Deliverable 1: The vendor will be the first contact point (via phone) for our office security provider (Wormald) if an after-hours security alert is generated. Upon receiving an alert, the vendor will log into our CCTV monitoring system and security application (Gallagher) via TeamViewer to check for any security concerns.

If any concerns are found, the vendor will contact:

  • Building security
  • Police (if required)
  • IGTO designated person

Any alerts generated must be reported to the IGTO as soon as practically possible. This requirement will be documented in full by the IGTO prior to the contract starting.

Deliverable 2: Provide the IGTO ICT team with Microsoft/Azure support and advice for any Azure or Microsoft product used by the IGTO. This support will be provided during a scheduled weekly allocated time period and ad hoc via phone/email only.
